Details of the Hearing
At Wednesday’s 14-minute court appearance, Partey spoke only to confirm his identity and enter not guilty pleas. The case will now go to trial on November 2, 2026, presided over by a High Court judge.
Judge Christopher Hehir acknowledged the long wait, citing the court backlog:
“Because you are on bail, you are behind a queue of people in prison who are waiting to be tried.”
Bail Conditions
Partey remains on bail under strict conditions. He cannot contact the three women involved in the case and must inform police of any change of address or international travel plans.
